Collection of data:

Any information we do collect is used to improve the quality and content of our service, and to notify our customers of updates and announcements.

Visitor statistics:

For each visitor to our web page, our web server automatically logs the visitor’s IP address. If a referring link was used to access the site it also automatically logs the referring link’s address. It is not possible for this information to be associated in any way with the identity of individuals who visit the site. We may aggregate and analyze this information at any time to identify websites who link to ours, and to show general trends in browsing habits, such as busy times of day for site traffic, or the likely geographic location of incoming traffic.

Cookies and session information:

When logging into our web service, we request your web browser to create and store a “cookie” on your computer, which is a harmless means of storing session information, such as your user name and site preferences like which school’s schedule to display. The cookie does not contain any sensitive information such as your password, or your contact details.

Session information containing only data used internally by the system to generate dynamic content is automatically stored on our web server for each user logged into the system. The cookie stored on each logged-in user’s computer records the ID of the session information stored on our web server.

Both the cookie and the session information are deleted periodically, they are not stored permanently.

Personal details and contact information:

When asked to enter personal details such as contact information and email addresses, it is stored securely on our web server. We do not access this information for our own purposes, and nor do we supply it to any third parties for any purposes. Users of our service may correct this information at any time using the service’s administration interface.

We may use the email address of account holders to contact them with information regarding their account status, for announcements relating to our service such as scheduled maintenance, and possibly to inform them of new products and services. It will not be used to send any form of advertising from any third parties. They may contact us at the above address to request more or less information to be sent to their email address.

Advertising

We do not have any associations with any advertisers, online or otherwise.

Release of information

Upon request, we will supply our customers with all information we maintain related to their account and it’s usage, including data they have entered into the system such as their student’s details and scheduled classes, proprietary or otherwise. We will also correct or delete this information upon the request of our customers to the above email address.

We will only supply information collected by us to a third party if it is demanded of us to comply with a law enforcement agency, or if we find it necessary to take action against misuse of our services as defined by our terms and conditions.

Customers may prevent their information from being used for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected by e-mailing us at the above address.

Security:

We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

At no time do we record information submitted by our customers to our selected third-party payment processor, such as their credit card number. Issues related to information submitted by our customers to our selected third party payment processor should be taken up with the payment processor.
